The Vegetarian Menu-Mailer is perfect for those living a meat-free lifestyle. This menu goes beyond the simple "vegetarian options" used in our Regular Menu-Mailer. Recipes focus on flavors and lifestyle of a true vegetarian family.
Each Tuesday, six dinner recipes are published and each recipe depends less on soy based meat replacements such as TVP, Veggie burgers, tofu or tempeh, than recipes found in the Regular Menu-Mailer Vegetarian Options. Subscribers can enjoy nights of pasta, salads, and other delicious main dishes so that you aren't eating beans and rice every night.
Note: All recipes are Vegetarian, but not strictly Vegan. They can and may include eggs and cheese. We do not have plans to produce a Vegan Menu-Mailer at this time. There are many products on the market to allow you to substitute for these ingredients to maintain a Vegan lifestyle.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting out the Vegetarian Menu-Mailer. It is awesome. My husband and I had been talking about cutting back on meat for a long time. However, I have found that I need to have my recipes given to me along with the shopping list or I just do not go shopping and we eat the same things over and over again. I bought Saving Dinner and love it, but it is meat based. When I found out I was pregnant last January I also figured out that I could not handle touching meat. Soon after you came out with the Vegetarian Menu-Mailer. I subscribed and it has been great. The meals have been great, the protein count was right there for me. I love my menu-mailer. Thank you for accommodating the vegetarian lifestyle. My daughter (3yo) has even done pretty well with it, but she doesn’t like tofu ;) The meals are also easy to pop some meat in them when you want to. I just love it. I can also make some of the pasta salads to keep in the fridge for a quick lunch.

I recently read of the health benefits of eating without meat & decided to give it a try. Instead of purchasing a specialized cookbook, I decided to try you Vegetarian Menu Mailer instead. I already tried some of your free sample menus by mention of the FlyLady. They were very good & it's great getting the whole meal menu & grocery list in one shot. I had a good experience with the very first vegetarian menu mailer you sent me! My daughter brought a friend home for supper. Her friend is going to college at the Culinary Arts school in our town. I was a little nervous about cooking for her, since she is learning to be a professional chef & I don't consider myself one! We were also limited on time that night. Well, I made your recipe for Vegedillas. The whole family thought it was a hit & the young girl from the Culinary school was impressed and asked where I got this delicious recipe! I must say, the menus are so good, we haven't even missed the meat! We even feel healthier! Keep up the good work of bringing delicious & easy to prepare meals right into our homes!
