The Low Carb Menu-Mailer was created especially for those that enjoy a variety of meats and are seeking to lower their intake of carbohydrates.
Each Tuesday, six dinner recipes measuring 15 net carbs or less (typically under 10) are published. Serving suggestions are included in two options — a low carb suggestion and a family friendly side serving suggestion (usually contains more carbs).
Kosher and gluten free adaptations are included.
The Low Carb Menu-Mailer is ideal for (but not limited to): low carb dieters, diabetics, those with celiac disease, Kosher families, gluten free individuals, even "meat and potatoes" lovers (when using our family serving suggestions).

I was raised on casseroles and have some great recipes. They take too long. Everything takes too long when you get home after 7 p.m. Everything, that is, except your recipes. I don't have to try to plan anymore. You do it for me. He doesn't look at me and go "What's for dinner? Not chicken on the Foreman grill again!" I'm not begging to go out to eat all the time.
I'm also not begging for grocery money anymore. He couldn't understand how I could spend so much at the grocery store and never have anything to show for it. I'm always on a diet, and he never liked the things I was eating for myself. Now, I do the low-carb and make him the regular serving suggestion to go with it. He even tried mashed faux-tatoes!!
I've been wanting to try the menu mailers, but thought it was one more thing that wouldn't work. Then, you blessed us Flybabies with a week's worth of meals. Now I am a kitchen Diva! One dinner, and I ordered the new low-carb book! I'm heading into my third week of dinner serenity, which had made for a serene, happy home and family.

Thank you so much for adding Kosher options to the Menu Mailer. I learned about you from FlyLady, and I always thought the Menu Mailer was a great idea, but I did not subscribe because so many of your recipes could not be used by my family.
I'll be signing up soon, and if it works out well for me, I'm thinking about getting gift subscriptions for my daughter and daughter-in-law.
I just wanted to let you know that this thoughtful addition is very much appreciated. Thanks also to the local Flybaby who told me about the change in your service.

Just thank you so much for the Kosher options on the Menu Mailers. We have just recently, in the past few months, stopped eating pork and shell fish in an effort to start eating a more Kosher diet. Kosher has so many rules to learn I was getting more and more bogged down in details. I just reviewed the Kosher options on today's menu and realized it isn't all that hard, I just need some guidelines. WHAT A RELIEF!! Menu Mailer and Flylady have made my life so much easier, and now you have seemed to anticipate yet another wrinkle and just ironed it right out. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!! ºÜº
