Cancellation of Subscriptions and return of products: MFFT offers free sample menus that are representative of the regularly published menus delivered with a subscription to a Menu-Mailer. All subscriptions, trial or otherwise, are non-refundable. All efforts will be made to aid subscribers in selecting the menu most ideal for their unique and personal situation. Subscriptions are transferable.

Digital downloadable products are not refundable unless an error was made in ordering (such as a duplicate purchase). Once the item has been downloaded after purchase, no refunds may be made.

All physical products that are shippable have a 14 day return policy. Products may not be returned until purchaser has contacted MFFT and received authorization to return the item(s). If there is an error on the order or damage of any kind to an item, MFFT should be contacted immediately.
