Love your book - I've been using it for years & give it to
all newlyweds & collegebound, refer people to the website in grocery
lines, etc. I still have't mastered the fish dish, but my family eats it
without complaining. With only 3 of us, my daughter packs a healthy
lunch, and my husband packs left-overs too - people always want to know
where they get their lunches. My 10-year old daughter is often asked for
samples at her school, where kids seem to live on soda & cookies. I just
want to say THANK YOU - my family is at dinner daily. Diana
Leanne, I just love you. You have made feeding my family so easy. My only beef with you (beef - ha ha) is that every week I find a recipe that we just love so much that I have to make it again the next week. And we have to have a leftover night because there is always so much food. So every week I end up only making a few new things. I can't buy anything new from you, because I have yet to get through the Saving Dinner book that I bought over a year ago! [Name not included]
I just wanted to give you an extremely belated thanks. My husband and I heard you speaking on NPR several years and bought the original saving dinner book. We have been following the weekly plans for years now and have really enjoyed the recipes. We've spent much less money at restaurants and I think we're much healthier overall.
