1 tablespoon chopped root ginger
2 tablespoons wasabi powder
1 clove garlic — pressed
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon lime juice
24 jumbo shrimp — cooked and peeled
6 cups red cabbage — finely shredded
12 chives
Place sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix well. Refrigerate. Meanwhile, place 1 cup shredded cabbage on each plate and top with 6 shrimp each. Drizzle sauce over the top and cross two chives like an "x" over the top; serve.
