Makes about 2 cups (make in batches if you need several cups)
1 15 oz. can black beans — drained and rinsed
1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1/4 cup salsa — your favorite
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Dump everything in the blender and whir away! That's all there is to it. If it isn't spicy enough for you, throw in some cayenne pepper (go easy — 1/4 teaspoon to start) and crank it up on the garlic powder and cumin.
