1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries (raspberry or blueberry)
up to 1/4 cup frozen tropical fruit (mango and papaya)
1/3 to 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1-2 scoops protein powder
Water as neeeded
Place banana, berries, fruit, spinach and protein powder into blender. Process and add water as needed.
