Teething Cookie recipe:
Yield apx. 24 dozen

Ingredients:
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon molasses or maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup milk or baby formula or water, etc (depending on baby's age)
1 tablespoon uncooked oatmeal (optional)
1 cup flour (buck wheat, whole wheat, white or combo mix)

Preheat your oven to 350.

In your mixer add the first 5 ingredients (wet ingredients) and mix to blend. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a stiff dough.

You can either spoon the dough onto an un-greased cookie sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop (I like a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop).

Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are firm to the touch. Allow to cool. Keep sealed in a plastic zip top bag until ready for baby to enjoy!
