3 tablespoons lime juice, divided
3/4 cup cubed mango
3/4 cup cubed pineapple
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped English cucumbers
1/4 cup canned, drained black beans
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
4 salmon fillets
Water/Oil mixture
Combine 1 tablespoon lime juice, mango, pineapple, tomato, cucumber, black beans, jalapeno, cilantro, orange juice and sugar. Stir until well combined.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Preheat outdoor grill, indoor grill, stovetop grill or broiler.
Spritz fillets with water/oil mixture and grill until fish flakes easily.
Serve topped with salsa and enjoy.
