Metric conversions and equivalents

If you are cooking outside of the United States, you may find these metric conversions helpful in using our menus.

Oven conversions from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
(These are not exact and have been rounded off and are only a guideline.)

Very slow = 120 C = 250 F
Slow = 150 C = 300 F
Moderately Slow = 160 C = 325 F
Moderate = 180 C = 350 F
Moderately Hot = 190 C = 375 F
Hot = 220 C = 440 F
Very Hot = 230 C = 450 F
Extremely Hot = 260 C = 500 F
