Texas Caviar — Cowgirl Hall of Fame
Source: Internet. "Black-eyed pea salsa is a Texas tradition, and the
best place to find it in New York is at the Cowgirl Hall of Fame
Restaurant. They've kindly agreed to share their recipe."
Bean Salad
This recipe is highly flexible - use whatever beans or pasta you have in
the
cupboard or your family prefer, and vary the quantities of ingredients to
your taste. Sorry its a salad, but its the height of summer in Australia!
I
use the dried mint because it keeps better in the salad than fresh.
