The concept of "freezer cooking" has been around for years. Most people are turned off by the often tasteless tv dinner style meals that they defrost and reheat, and even more are exhausted after cooking for hours and days on end, just to put it all in the freezer.
Enter, Saving Dinner Freezer Menus.
We all know that fresh is best and food cooked just before eating is going to be much more delicious and palatable than meals that are cooked, frozen, defrosted and reheated. All of our freezer meals offer the recipes and directions to PREASSEMBLE your meals and put the chopped and measured ingredients in a ziptop bag and then freeze.
When you're ready for dinner, simply defrost the meal kit, and cook! Yummy, delicious meals with a fresh taste. And even better, we use wonderful, everyday, fresh ingredients (no dried onions here!) for the best taste.

All of our freezer menu kits come complete with the following and so much more!
- Tried and true Menu-Mailer Recipes — each recipe has been enjoyed by thousands of subscribers and their raves say these are winning recipes! Each recipe has been personally tested to ensure they will freeze great and taste great when you're ready to eat them.
- Assembly guidelines — directions for assembling and then freezing the ingredients so they'll be all ready to use at a later time. One Employee with the help of her two kids (12 and 10) were able to assemble 22 meals in a little over 2 hours then mom cleaned up! It's great! Most of our 5 recipe kits can be assembled in under an hour.
- Shopping lists — There's not just one but two easy to use shopping lists. One for the Dinner Kit ingredients; and, a second shopping list for Meal Time ingredients (foods that need to be added which don't freeze well) and serving suggestions to ensure you have the freshest ingredients on your table. Learn more about how shopping lists work here.
- Dinner Planner Check List — Track all of your dinner stash with this handy check list that stays on the fridge making it easy to use as you enjoy your dinner kits.
- Servings for Four to Six — Great for the family. Easy to double, easy to half to get just the perfect combination for your household.
- Compact to fit in your freezer — Almost every recipe fits nicely in plastic gallon sized zipper freezer bags. Occassionally one may need to go in a small freezer container like the new disposable GladWare containers. All meals are easy to store! Easy to Use! No foil baking pans and odd dishes to cram in your freezer. One of our staff, using a side-by-side freezer, put 20 meals in a bottom pull out basket and the front half of one shelf. That's efficiency!
- Ingredients are easy on your budget — Our shopping lists include everything you need except salt and pepper. If you have ANYTHING in your pantry, history has shown that you could probably cross off a huge portion of ingredients on most of our freezer menus.
Several of our Five for the Freezer menus are based on one specific type of meat, making it even easier to watch for great meat deals or family value meat packs, then assemble several meals based on that meat.
- One time purchase — No waiting for the postman to show up, no additional shipping charges, just buy and downloaded to your computer. Start today! No waiting. No monthly/weekly subscriptions. No renewals to remember. They're ready when you are.
Don't pay the high prices of those dinner assembly franchises! Use our Saving Dinner Freezer Menus and your own food to put together delicious dinner kits that you just pop in the freezer to use later at your convenience. All in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Freezer menus start as low as $2.95. Don't forget that you can get a free freezer recipe when you join our mailing list.

What is a Mega Menu-Mailer add-on kit
Many people are overwhelmed at the thought of preparing 20 meals all at the same time, or they simply may not have the time, space or stamina to do so. To make it easier to pick a few recipes at a time, we have created "Add-on Kits" for all of our Mega Menu-Mailers.
These are simply extra sets of shopping lists and the preparation instructions that allow you to make 3-5 meals at a time, as opposed to 20. They are grouped by types of meat. This is wonderful as you can take advantage of meat sales and then run home and assemble your recipes for just that meat without spending an enormous amount of time crossing off the other 15 or so recipes from your list or wading thru instructions for menus you're not preparing. It's the best of both worlds — make a little or make a lot!
