SavingDinner.com Login Helps
Our handy checklist for resolving login issues

In the world of computers, there can be a million reasons why someone can't login. Between cookie settings, broswer issues, anti-virus software, spyware blockers, pop up blockers, corrupted files, and a host of other issues, please use this list to initially troubleshoot your login problems.

If you continue to have problems, please don't hesitate to contact us
by clicking in the yellow Questions? box at the top of the page.

Username and Password

Are you using the correct ones? Make sure you are really looking closely at it. You'd be absolutely amazed at the number of people we've helped who have this wrong, though they thought it was correct. Have this information emailed to you to confirm it. The email is sent immediately and will go to the email account on file. request login info

Are you New?

You may be trying to login to the menus online TOO soon. You cannot access online menus until the first regularly published menu AFTER you subscribe. See your Welcome Letter for the links to your first menus. The email was sent immediately after your order processed and is sent from menus @ savingdinnersupport.com.

Expired

Has your subscription expired? You will not have access to your menus without an active subscription. You can check your expiration date by logging into MY ACCOUNT. If you can login to MY ACCOUNT but not the menu you are subscribed to, then we know the problem is with your menu settings. When you renew, you will have full access to your past menus archive. (See FAQ's for renewing help, if needed)

Wrong Menu

Are you clicking on Low Carb but you’re really subscribed to Body Clutter? You only have access to the menu to which you are subscribed. If you are not sure of the exact name of your menu, login to MY ACCOUNT and your menu purchase(s) are listed there.

Cookie Settings

This link will take you to our main Menu-Mailer weekly homepage page and refresh any and all of your cookies possibly related to our menus.
http://www.savingdinnersupport.com/logout.asp. After doing this try to login with your correct account information. (Tip: Please see the next step before actually logging in.)

Stored Login
Information

If the “Remember Me” box is still checked when you try to login or your username and password are still entered automatically on the log in screen after you have cleared your cookies then your browser window or possibly your antivirus/firewall software is saving your password/login info that has been typed previously. View the HELP folders for your various filter programs and browser software.

May be your browser

Our site is best viewed and used with Internet Explorer. If you are using Netscape, Mozilla Firefox or another less mainstream browser, your solution could be as easy as opening the "e" on your computer. This is especially true if you are having problems downloading items. The MSN Browser has special security settings that can cause havok with downloading files.

Cashed pages by your computer

Click here to learn how to clear your temporary internet files:

To make surfing the Internet faster, your computer stores copies of websites that you visit on your computer so you don't have to keep downloading the page and the computer appears to work "faster".

Unfortunately, this is not good if you had an error on the page or are accessing a website whose information changes on the page frequently (as do ours with the new menus each week.)

Cashed pages
by your ISP

Your ISP may be trying to save on bandwidth charges. To FORCE your ISP to refresh the copy of our page(s) on their server, you want to hold down the CTRL key AT THE SAME TIME as you click on your browser window refresh button (usually two arrows going around in circular motion.) This commands the server to go to our site and get a fresh page. If you see this happening on your computer, you should check your browser settings and have them set to "always check for new pages" to ensure you see the latest at any site you visit.

Anti-virus or Firewall

Do you possibly have an anti-virus software program or a firewall program running on your system? Sometimes these programs can block a website from opening. If you've been able to get in before, even doing an update to your anti-virus software can cause things that were running to no longer run.

Please check your system and try temporarily inactivating an anti virus or firewall software. Open a new browser window and try to login.

If you are able to now get in, you know there is something in your anti-virus software that is causing the problem.

If after trying ALL of these things, you still cannot login, please contact Customer Service by clicking on the chat button (upper right corner of site pages.)
